Off The Block Kitchen & Meats

Eager to bring back that old-school butcher shop feel to Sayville, Off The Block Kitchen & Meats will open its doors in a location that once housed a butcher shop in the 70's. Some of our offerings will include locally sourced prime, dry-aged and choice cuts, in addition to prepared foods and made-to-order sandwiches. You can expect to see fresh locally grown produce and interact with knowledgeable staff to help you cook and create your own dishes at home.
